My goal is to translate your wishes into a space that is beautiful, functional, and feels truly personal.
To provide clarity, I work with a structured design process that is divided into different packages, each reflecting a different level of design development and detail.
The design fee is calculated based on square meters and the level of design development required, ensuring a clear understanding of the scope from the beginning.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Essence: €39/m²
Includes:
•Introductory call - 60 min. conversation where we discuss your lifestyle, wishes, needs, aesthetic preferences, and how you want to experience your home. •Moodboard - a visual board that sets the atmosphere, style, and feeling of the space with images, textures, and inspiration. •Color & material advice - palette of colors and materials that match your space and style. •Conceptual illustration - hand-drawn sketch illustrating the concept for your layout and style. •Furniture advice - guidance on furniture styles and types that fit the overal concept. •Floor, wall and ceiling advice - guidance on floor, wall and ceiling finishes that the concept and atmosphere of your space. •Final presentation - clear summary of your concept, ready to guide your next steps. You get all deliverables in PDF format. •Email feedback - After the presentation, you can send one round of feedback by email. Small adjustments are included.
Refined: €59/m²
Includes all from Essence, plus:
•Furniture and finishes selection (with purchasing list) - specific furniture and finishes with product links and specifications. •Window treatment (with purchasing list) - tailored advice for curtains, blinds, or shades. •Selection of floor and wall finishes (with purchasing list) - specific and directly orderable floor and wall finish selections that fit within the overall design concept. •Layout plan - a detailed, scaled plan based on your feedback with exact layout, dimensions, and final furniture placement. •Second feedback moment - A meeting where we discuss the design and your feedback. After the session, I make updates accordingly.

•Introductory call - 60 min. in-depth conversation where we discuss your wishes, needs, aesthetic preferences, and the desired atmosphere of your garden. •Moodboard - a visual board that sets the atmosphere, style, and feeling of the garden. •Color & material advice - suggestions for a palette of outdoor colors and materials that reflect your vision and style. •Conceptual illustration - hand-drawn sketch of your garden, visualizing the concept of the layout and style. •Plant palette - guidance for type plants that match the mood and feeling of your garden. •Zoning plan - a clear plan showing how different areas of the garden are divided and used. •Presentation - a clear PDF overview of the concept, ready to guide the next steps. •Email feedback - After the presentation, you can send one round of feedback by email. Small adjustments are included.

•Plant plan - selection of specific plants for your garden and mapping of their placement. •Furniture, finishes & outdoor structures (with purchasing list) - selection of outdoor furniture, paving, fencing, and larger elements such as pergolas, fire pits, storage sheds, or outdoor kitchens. •Lighting concept - advice for garden lighting and placement. •Layout plan - a scaled plan with exact dimensions and placement of elements. •Second feedback moment - A meeting where we discuss the design and your feedback. After the session, I make updates accordingly.

Includes Roots and Bloom, plus:
•Outdoor lighting plan (with shopping list) - detailed plan of the light features, their location, and suppliers. •Accessories & styling (with shopping list) - pots, planters, water features, and accessories that bring your garden to life. •Third feedback moment - Additional 30 min. online session where we review everything together and finalise the design before the final visualisations are created. •3D visualisations - photorealistic images that show how your garden will look in real life. •3D video walkthrough - a video tour of your future garden. •Maintenance plan - simple instructions on watering, pruning, and care to keep your garden thriving.
ADD-ONS
Pet-friendly design (+€10/m²)
Includes material selection and layout solutions adapted to living with pets, ensuring that the interior is both functional and aesthetically cohesive for all members of the household.
Project coordination & guidance during the realisation (€90/hour + €0.35/km)
During the realisation phase, I coordinate contractors and suppliers, guide the implementation on site, monitor planning and budget, and ensure that the design is executed as intended. If desired, I can also coordinate the selection, ordering and delivery of furniture, lighting and materials. Through my professional network, price advantages can often be obtained and shared with you where possible.
Styling & final interior finishing (€580/day)
After the delivery and installation of the furniture, I can assist with the final styling of your home, including accessories, art, textiles and the finishing touches that bring the interior together and make the space feel complete.
Good to know:
* Prices include 21% VAT.
* Terraces, balconies, and patios are considered outdoor extensions of your interior and fall under the "Interior design packages".
* Interior design pricing depends on the size of the space and the level of detail required. At KVL Design, design fees are calculated per square meter, providing transparency and a clear understanding of the investment from the beginning.
* Each package includes a fixed number of feedback moments where we review the design together and I refine the proposal based on your feedback. Additional revisions or meetings can be provided at an hourly rate of €90/hour (excluding travel costs for on-site visits).
